Jo is a Benedictine Oblate, international evangelist, preacher and spiritual growth coach.

With a deep love of Sacred Scripture and Lectio Divina, Jo has spent 6 years in an immersive study of the old and new testaments, theology and philosophy.

She is a regular preacher on Shalom World TV, and the host of The Word with Jo Hayes podcast.

With the support of her local Bishop, Jo travels extensively around the world, preaching and speaking at churches, seminaries and ministry events.

She is also the founder of the lectiomeditatio.com  - a practical what/why/how to the ancient monastic practice of Lectio Divina.

Jo hosts Lectio Meditatio online, and in-person, at silent retreats and meditation sessions.
